The goal is to get the most stones in your "mancala" (cup) on the right. You do this by picking up all the stones from any of the cups on your side (bottom row), then moving counter-clockwise you drop one stone into each cup. If the very last stone falls into an empty cup on your side you get to take all the stones in the cup on your opponent's side (top row). If the last stone falls into your mancala, you get to go again for another turn.
